In eight years of existence, EDPON TV – voted best in Europe by the Federation of European Business Communicators Associations (FEIEA) – has exhibited more than nine thousand videos and ensured 17,000 transmission hours.
A corporate tv by the people for the people
EDP is among the major European operators in the energy sector and the largest Portuguese industrial group. EDPON TV is its corporate tv channel.
EDPON TV is an important tool when connecting with the twelve thousand employees of twenty-nine nationalities across thirteen countries. To keep engaging this broad audience, EDP challenged us to redesign this valuable channel. Using the tv screen as a window to the exterior, we created a concept focused on the people, their emotions and the impact of the brand in their lives.
In addition to the streamlined TV layout, we redesigned ten new programs, including “Rewind” about the history of EDP and “Hobby” that capture the staff free time activities, and partnered with Bamp to produce the videos that each day revived the transmission.
